What difference does it make?!?

I am trying to watch Criminal Minds online and it just isn't available! I don't understand why CBS should care if I watch the show online, live, or if I Tivo it! As long as I watch it and sit through the advertising it shouldn't matter how or when I watch it! ABC, NBC, and the CW seem to understand! Heck I even found True Blood online and I don't have HBO!
